Tenants on Walleye may have noticed that the golf course owned by Terri Cave is no longer there.  She was selling her land so we took the opportunity to buy this and expand the land held on Walleye to almost a complete sim (there is a single 16m2 plot that is held by another group that we are attempting to get hold of).

This extra land has given us the chance to remodel the area where the cimema was, we have converted the movie area into an open-air screen with benches and rugs while also movingthe fairground rides to nearerthe ferris wheel.

Having done this we looked at the area that held the fairground and Forty decided to convert this to a petting zoo, there are now piglets, merkats, rabbits, canaries, otters, lemurs, goats, wallabys and other animals in this area.  Once again this is being done in an attempt to get visitors to the Walleye sim so that it benefits all tenants.

I hope that Forty’s work does indeed drive up the number of visitors, this is all part of a plan that we are starting together that should see an increase in all of our areas, both commercial and residential – more information about that will follow once the plans have been firmed up.
